RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

WesWy Beard Co. is committed to customer satisfaction.  With that said, we understand returns and exchanges are sometimes necessary.  

Any orders that arrive damaged will be fully refunded or replaced, free of charge.  Just send us an email at info@weswybeardco.com including your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and if you prefer a refund or exchange. 

If you are unhappy with your order (i.e., you don’t like the scent), you may return any unused product for a full refund.  We just ask that you cover shipping.

Return policy is good for 30 days.  Refunds will be made within 7-10 business days from the time we receive the product.
